Leadership is not about words; it is about action.

Since becoming Mayor, I have been committed to delivering real results for the people of Tipton. Some of our most significant achievements include:

• Economic Development: We are scoping an unprecedented investment into downtown—expanding residential units, historically rehabilitating buildings, and attracting the businesses we want to shape the future of our community. Furthermore, we have established a working relationship with the Indiana Economic Development Corporation to further promote our available industrial spaces to prospects.

• Infrastructure Improvements: We have taken an unprecedented approach to working purposefully and creatively with Tipton Municipal Utilities to solve challenges together. This is saving taxpayers and ratepayers money while providing the necessary improvements throughout Tipton.

• Public Safety Investments: Tipton's lack of economic and residential success over the last several decades has stagnated our ability to invest in public safety. I am focused on improving these outcomes so we have the resources necessary to provide sustainable solutions for public safety to keep Tipton safe. All of this to ensure our police and fire departments have the tools and resources they need to keep Tipton safe.

• Community Growth: We have made historic investments into our parks, including expanding the trail network, revitalizing the basketball courts, making the largest playground investment, and implementing improvements at the golf course to enhance its business model. These initiatives support parks, recreation, and family-friendly events, making Tipton an even better place to live.

Government should work efficiently, transparently, and with purpose. I have made it my mission to cut through red tape and make meaningful progress, proving that leadership isn’t about words—it’s about action.

The work we’ve started is just the beginning. Together, we can continue to move Tipton forward and build a stronger future for all.
